Execution

So inspirational. Lately I’ve been thinking about what it means to be good at execution, and what kind of people end up learning to execute at startups.

I think it means: being able to seek out, identify and solve problem at all levels of the company. This often involves taking a step back and saying “what is not going well?” Once you’ve taken a step back, you often realize that there is no way that you’re the only one who has had this problem.
